We offer a safe place for transgender and gender non-conforming adults to seek support and guidance for all things related to transition or just everyday needs. All requests to join our support group are properly vetted to ensure privacy and safety for all our members. See the Support Group page for more info and to send us a message.
Many of our members often take an advocacy role in our local Rochester community. You may see us in the local news or participating in community activities. However, the main focus of Southern Minnesota Transgender Support is to provide peer support.
